What is potholing?
Potholing, or utility locating, is crucial before constructing new water lines to safely and accurately identify existing underground utilities. Its importance includes:

Ensuring Accuracy: Confirms the exact position and depth of utilities, preventing construction conflicts.
Cost Efficiency: Reduces delays and repair costs by identifying issues early.

Calaveras County Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
